The hotel staff was outstanding, providing efficient and polite service that made us feel at home. the luxurious amenities fulfilled our every need, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the exclusive private facilities. the location allowed easy access to shops and transport facilities, and we felt safe throughout our stay. this hotel was the perfect accommodation to enjoy our holiday.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a restaurant for breakfast and meals, which meant we had to request breakfast to be provided in the room. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel, which exceeded our expectations in every other way.
